The storage unit was set up nicely to be able to stack boxes and small stuff easily and enough room for bigger pieces. Tim, the manager was very professional and helpful, which made the biggest difference.

Make Space Innisfail’s south side is a great place to safely store recreational trailers. I had my 29 foot trailer there for many years and only moved because I found a storage yard much closer to my favourite campground. Also, because of a previous place, I parked on a grass surface & I was dealing with mice. At Make Space I just didn’t have that worry. My only complaint is that in wet times, the gravel mix can sink a little bit around your tires. Still, the security seems excellent and the gate software is very easy to operate. And in the winter, it was always easy to go up and down the plowed laneways to reach my trailer and check in on it. If you’re looking for a safe place to store your stuff, you may want to check these guys out.

This is a great facility. The yard is fenced in with an easily accessible gate, and the facility is clean and very well maintained. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is so helpful. I recently vacated my unit, and Tim gave me an extra day at no extra cost because the weather was terrible. Thank you, Tim, and staff for a great experience. I would definitely use this facility again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to store pretty much anything and everything.

We were in August when we registered and it was a job in itself. The staff didn't know how to reserve a spot for our RV in advance. We were supposed to arrive in the compound October 1st. But we couldn't do it. So a week before we went to the office to cancel our reservation. The refund was minus administrative fees which is normal but also we were charged one month rental, for what? We were not impressed to say the least. Then I received a note saying that this was a mistake and I was refunded the one month I paid to much. Over all this misunderstanding was solve thanks to the head office.

Move in was seamlessly perfect. Interactions with their office staff have been very helpful and I love that I can access the yard with my phone: )
